Shay is also owned in partnership with Dawn. He came from a very exciting litter bred by Jack Brander from his beautiful bitch, who happens to be Benni's sister!
Jacks stays in Sweden but had the bitch Ai'd in Denmark then when she was confirmed in whelp travelled to Wales where she whelped her puppies. Interestingly, she was inseminated with sperm from two different Spanish dogs and DNA tests proved afterwards which dogs sired which puppies. Dawn & I went to see the litter and both agreed that Shay was our pick.
Shay has the most amazing temperament and willingness to please and I've become very attached to him as he reminds me so much of my darling TT.
Shay's gundog training is coming along nicely and he's been to a couple of shoots to soak up the atmosphere and proved to have a cracking nose finding and picking partridge on both days. So, exciting times ahead.
